Filmed on location in the Santa Clarita Valley of Southern California and set to an original soundtrack composed by Mark Mothersbaugh, professional skateboarders Paul Rodriguez, Brian Anderson, Gino Iannucci, Stefan Janoski, Omar Salazar, Chet Childress, Reese Forbes, Todd Jordan, Daniel Shimizu, Danny Supa, Wieger Van Wageningen, Lance Mountain and amateurs Grant Taylor, Lewis Marnell, Dan Murphy and Clark Hassler teamed up with the Belgian director duo Lionel Goldstein to tell the whole truth and Nothing But the Truth. Think skateboard film rather than skateboard video. The team was given carte blanche to pitch their story. In the story line the skaters would write and direct a film about a truth in their lives. What unfolded can be left to interpretation, but has been described by Daniel Shimizu as Awkward and kinda scary.Whether its Todd Jordans attempt at making a film about women and me or Omar Salazars tragic vomiting story, you will be sure to see a new side to the Nike SB team.
